Pleated Conservatory Blinds
Pleated blinds offer a lightweight solution for windows and roofs. In addition to standard rectangular blinds, we offer a range of shapes that deliver solutions for many typical windows and roof lights in conservatories.
Window blinds can be either free-hanging or tensioned. Tensioned blinds can be hung ‘top-down’ or ‘bottom-up’.
All can be operated manually and many can be motorised. Manual blinds that are out of reach are operated using a telescopic wand.
Why pleated blinds work so well in bright, glazed rooms
If you’re looking for a neat, modern and versatile finish, pleated blinds deliver clean lines without visual bulk. They suit both roof and side glazing, and each one is made to fit precisely following our survey – including more intricate window shapes.
You’ll notice the difference in everyday comfort:
- softer daylight and reduced glare
- more control over harsh sun on roof glazing
- a tidy look that doesn’t fight the architecture of the room
Shapes and styles for tricky roof panes
Not all roof panels are simple rectangles. That’s why we offer a variety of shaped pleated blinds designed for common glazing styles – helping you achieve a cohesive look even when the structure is complex.
The Benefits of Pleated Roof Blinds
Broadview pleated roof blinds use the most technically advanced fabrics that are designed to withstand the extremes of temperatures found in conservatories. Teamed with our own fabric equalisation system that ensures that each pleat stays permanently in place, our pleated roof blinds are designed to provide outstanding performance and quality. The roof blinds are available with electric automation or manual operation.
