“The team initially showed up at the scheduled time and date to take measurements and later for installation, which isn’t always guaranteed. The fitter worked efficiently, but as he was about to leave, he noticed a minor dent in one of the metal slats. He promptly addressed it by arranging for a complete replacement of the blind, not just the single slat. To me, this is what excellent service looks like. Much appreciated!”

“We’d just about given up looking for fitted blinds for our bay windows and online providers proved no easier.

Surprised at how much cheaper they were, we asked for a written quote which was even cheaper and had the blinds fitted 2 weeks later on the day we agreed.
