How Do Day & Night Blinds Work?
Day & night blinds work by using a unique dual-layered fabric design. The first layer is made of translucent fabric, whilst the second layer is made of opaque fabric.
By adjusting the position of the blind, you can alternate between the two layers to control the amount of light and privacy in your room. When the layers are aligned, you can let in natural light without sacrificing privacy completely. When the opaque layer is fully extended, it blocks out light and offers total privacy.
The versatility of dual blinds makes them an ideal indoor shading solution for homes or offices seeking an upgrade. With a wide range of colour options to choose from, you can customise your day & night blinds to complement your décor, creating an environment that is both comfortable and visually appealing.
We have over 55 years’ experience supplying homeowners and businesses across Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire with the perfect shading solutions. Our made-to-measure day & night blinds are unrivalled in both style and functionality. Let us help you find the perfect dual blinds – call Broadview on 01202 679 012.
We offer our internal shading service to homeowners and businesses in Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire, West Sussex and Surrey.

They can be used in bedrooms, but they are better suited to spaces where light control is more important than full blackout. For bedrooms requiring complete darkness, blackout blinds may be a better option.
