Report a Damaged Product
If you’ve received a product from us that’s damaged, we sincerely apologise. We aim that all goods are delivered in perfect condition and realise it can be disappointing to open a package to find it was damaged during transit. Any damages must be reported within 2 business days or there is a risk of potential charges.
Please check your goods and contact us right away if you see any issues. We’re committed to making it right as fast as possible.

What Damage Can You Report?
Please indicate any of the following types of damages, or a combination thereof, when submitting your report:
- Visual damage to the outer packaging
- Damage to the outer cassette
- Damage to end plates
- Indentations
- Scratches or scrapes affecting the finish
- Crushing or bending
- Other damage (please provide details in the form)
- Missing item(s)
We ask that you report any damage within two business days of receiving your delivery to avoid potential charges.
Please, where possible, retain the original packaging for the purpose of re-boxing the item/s so when they are returned or collected, the risk of further damage is limited.
