As a company we have various specialists who deal with certain criteria of enquiry/project, your initial contact with us will result in a designer being given your details and at this point, they will take responsibility for overseeing all the details of your interest/quotation and subsequent order and installation.

As little or as much as you feel you want to, as a company we will oversee the entire project from start to finish and are completely happy to work this way, some clients like to have a more “hands on approach” and this is always accommodated. Our aim is to make the whole experience as hassle free as possible for our clients.

Depending on the selected products, warranty can vary; many products carry a warranty of between 1-5 years, though we would always use the guide line of the product warranty to coincide with the installation warranty. We pride ourselves on our after-sales service, as much of our work is through word of mouth and built on our reputation.

We believe we have built a strong reputation for achieving great results and providing client satisfaction, whilst delivering projects on time and on budget. By selecting us, you would be investing your trust with a family run company with family values and over 40 years of trading experience and in return you will benefit from the expertise of one of our designers and their invaluable experience to realise your goal and deliver the required solution. This solution will be installed to the highest of standards by our in house installations teams, who are all fully trained full-time employees. Your designer will still be on hand at this stage to oversee the final stages and ensure your complete satisfaction with the finished result.

Once the design process is complete and all the final choices have been made and confirmed, we require a deposit payment to release the order to manufacturing. Once at this stage, depending on the specific product, we aim to produce and install your project within 4 – 6 weeks. We do have certain products which have greater lead times of anything up to 12 weeks. This is why it is so important that the designer identifies the correct solution as it is not always about the budget and perhaps the time frame is the overriding factor.

The products we offer can cross over between both areas of the market. There are certain options which offer a much more industrial look if that’s what’s required, or on the other hand we are able to produce designs which are far more discreet and compact for clients who want seamless integration.

Everything is possible are we are now in an age where clients want the ability to manage their time more effectively and have a greater control over the functions of their home. The options are only limited by your imagination and, of course, sometimes the budget! Many of the automated solutions can be provided as a standalone operation via wireless controls, or can be integrated into the existing home automation controls.

The simple answer is yes, there are hundreds of products on offer these days, which is why we put all our trust in our designers to ascertain your style and balance that with the appearance/period of your home, before showing you the correct shading options to achieve your objective. Our designers have years of experience in achieving this delicate balancing act and this sets them apart from normal salesman.

Yes we provide costings at an early stage of the process, so we can identify the correct balance of style and function against the estimated budget for the shading’s required. Costings at the early stage are general and are confirmed once the final specifications have been agreed and before any manufacturing is set into motion. Samples can be provided for all the items we supply.

On every occasion this differs, depending on the scale of the installation at hand. We can be invited to supply and install very straight forward blinds for a window or we can be invited to design a full home automated shading system that requires working with the builders, electricians, architects, designers etc over a period of anything up to 18 months on a new build or conversion. We feel we make the correct number of consultations to ensure a smooth installation and client satisfaction.

This depends on what stage your project is at and what you may prefer as a client. Sometimes we get involved at a very early stage (even before the foundations are laid on occasion), so in some cases it's best to meet at one of our offices and go over the architect's plans or designers concept boards to identify the correct style and form of shading. Other times, we are invited on-site at a more advanced stage and in this situation it is always beneficial to see where the proposed products are to be installed to get a better feel for the overall theme. So the real answer is wherever you want it take place!
