Our interior shading experts visited the property and recommended the installation of French Pinoleum Blinds to the roof windows. Pinoleum Blinds offer different benefits than the more traditional Pleated Blinds option and are ideally suited to timber and aluminium conservatories especially when the blinds need to be recessed into deep wooden beamed conservatory roofs.
The project consisted of forty-six conservatory roof blinds in total – with twelve being manually operated and the other thirty-four being electric and operated via remote control.
The blinds were manufactured by Ballauf, the leading manufacturer of fine quality French Pinoleum blinds and the client requested a custom painted fabric. This ensured a sophisticated and stylish finish to the blinds in keeping with the overall look and feel of this impressive conservatory.
Each blind was recessed to each rafter of roof space to ensure a precision fit.
Not only will conservatory blinds create shade from the sun and heat but they will also help with the energy efficiency of the conservatory by keeping the room insulated and drastically reduce energy bills.
