To maintain a sense of space, Broadview recommended the installation of blinds from the contemporary oriental-inspired collection of window blinds - the Luxaflex® Japanese Design collection - which are made from a material called 'washi'. Washi means 'Japanese paper' and this opaque material has a cloudy finish that allows light through but obscures the view effectively. |

To introduce two alfresco areas for the couple to relax with friends and family, Broadview worked with Mr and Mrs Morris to design and produce two innovative awning systems, consisting of one 4.5 metre by 3 metre folding arm B28 awning for the ground floor and a smaller 4 metre by 2 metre folding arm B28 awning for the top floor balcony. |

Harbour Lodge is a facility in which to hold a service of thanksgiving, have refreshments afterwards or to simply shelter in during a visit to the Grounds. Renowned for creating innovative shading solutions for any business requirement, Broadview designed and installed a bespoke 10 metre by 4 metre terrace frame awning system on to Harbour Lodge on top of a wooden decked area. |

To introduce a continental-style dining area for people to relax and enjoy a drink and a bite to eat, Broadview worked with a key trade account, HG Imports. Working in partnership, the companies designed, manufactured and installed three large-span parasols at The Mermaid's Tail and six large-span parasols at the Aberdeen Angus Steakhouse that would complement the interior of each restaurant. |
